Shipping is carried out via two carriers:
1. Poczta Polska (Polish Post) - registered letter < 2 kg.
2. K-EX (courier service) - only within Polish territory
Cost of delivery is borne by the purchaser.
Time of delivery
The time of transport for domestic shipments is usually 1 weekday (via courier) to 3 working days (via post). Orders placed by 12.00 AM will be sent on the same day only in case of choosing to pay on delivery or after sending a confirmation of the transfer to our bank account via e-mail to bok@twojetrendy.pl.
Otherwise, the items will be dispatched within 24 hours after the payment has been booked at our company's account.

Returns and complaints
Under the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products, the Consumer who has entered into a contract at a distance, may withdraw from it without giving reasons, making a statement in writing within ten days, to be determined in the manner specified in Article.10, paragraph.1. Returns are accepted only on condition that the purchased items do not show evidence of use, have original packaging and are complete (including the accompanying accessories and the receipt). Paybck will be made to the Client's bank account within 7 working days. All costs associated with the reference shall be borne by the Buyer. Complaints relating to mechanical damage occurred during transportation will be considered only on the basis of written complaint protocol in the presence of the deliverer. We cover postage costs resulting from the incorrect execution of the transaction by our staff.
