I - Purchase
Each Client is obliged to provide contact information (his or her full address and telephone address) in order to complete the transaction. Our e-store may refuse an order, of which the accuracy could not be confirmed. Duration of the transaction depends on the availability of product and chosen method of delivery and ranges from 1 to 3 business days. In case of temporary lack of supply, the delivery may be prolonged. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is included to the parcel.

II - Discounts
Promotions and other customer transfer programs. Customers who registered in our service are entitled to all the promotions and discounts. Customers who do not have an account can only use publicly available promotions.

III - Guarantee  
All products offered in the store are brand new and free from physical and legal defects and have been legally introduced into the Polish market through official distribution of the individual manufacturers. The products have a manufacturer's guarantee of quality valid on Polish territory. Terms of the guarantee by a guarantor shall be determined in the usual manner. Typically, the period is 12 months and any possible derogation (elongation / shortening of the warranty period) of this rule are indicated in the product description. The guaranty is valid on Polish territory only and on condition that the Client's has kept the proof of purchase and is able to deliver it to tha guarantor. The guaranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from the non-conformity. In cases of dispute, Polish law will be applied.
