Cartomizer is a combination of atomizer with cartridge. This solution eliminates the inconvenience of cleaning and replacement of the filament threads, as is the case with an atomizer.

One cartomizer (fluid content about 0.6 ml) corresponds to about 3 cigarettes. 

Cartomizers are theoretically disposable elements, but we checked that it can be refilled with e-liquid several times. Some say that it can work flawlessly even up to 8 days.
